The Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition, also called the AVALON Airshow, is the largest air show in the southern hemisphere, held biennially at Avalon Airport, between Melbourne and Geelong in Victoria, and is the essential aviation, aerospace and defence event for the Indo-Pacific.

The first @AusAirForce C-130J Hercules to be upgraded to Block 8.1 standard arrived home at RAAF Base Richmond last month.
It was upgraded by @LockheedMartin with support from the @usairforce with the RAAF’s remaining 11 aircraft to be modified by @Airbus
